DBIA NYTSM is dedicated to impacting the future of the design and construction industry by developing comprehensive and fair design-build contract documents, delivering design-build project management information through educational programs, influencing procurement and licensing legislation and teaching owners about the design-build process and its benefits.

Members of the DBIA NYTSM Region perform design and construction work in all non-residential markets including buildings, industrial process facilities and civil infrastructure projects. Our members are dedicated to the improvement of professional standards for the industry and include design-builders, general contractors, design professionals, specialty contractors, representatives of government agencies, private sector owners, academics, and other professionals.

DBIA offers membership to firms and individuals who are interested in design-build and integrated services. Firms that qualify for industry partner membership include design-build practitioners (contractors, design firms, specialty contractors), suppliers, government agencies and professional service firms.
